Description	FULL STACK JAVASCRIPT WEB/SERVER DEVELOPER Senior GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION Our client is proud to be part of the future of FinTech by building the next-gen of merchant-funded consumer card management platform: This Card is a unique multi-wallet technology enabling brands with the power to issue open-loop reloadable prepaid cards and credit cards integrated with a complete marketing engagement solution well recognized for its innovative and world-class user profiling engine. We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic people who have a passion for programming and love taking and solving new challenges. Specifically, we are looking for a developer willing to grow with us. You need to live and breathe Web, Rest API and Card Transaction Processing – Node.js, JavaScript, HTML 5 and CSS 3, using a Micro-Service approach with Docker and Kubernetes. You will be part of a small development team where every member is a key individual and where everything you build will matter to the success of the company and our clients. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Design, build, or maintain server and site, using authoring or scripting languages, content creation tools, management tools, and digital media • Bring innovation and new ideas to the table and create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces • Confer with management or development team members to prioritize needs, resolve conflicts, develop content criteria, or choose solutions • Program interaction with Angular JS, Vue JS and JavaScript • Interpret graphic visual or interaction designs in HTML, CSS and JavaScript. • Test cross-browser, cross-platform, and/or cross-device compatibility for inconsistencies and for compliance to specified standards such as accessibility standards in the client’s region or domain; • Ensure extensibility and increased performance • Carry out other tasks compatible to your functions REQUIRED SKILLS • Very strong in JavaScript • Very disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance • Solid HTML, CSS, HTTP, and REST knowledge • Familiarity with Node.js web/app development • Familiarity with Mongo database • 5+ years developing JavaScript-heavy applications • Experience consuming/exposing web APIs • Experience working with an Agile team • Self-taught • Resourceful and problem-solver • Solid interpersonal and communication skills • Strong team player • Easily adapts to change • Bilingual (English and French)
