In order to support the constant grow of their () solution in their platforms, Our Client is looking for a specialist that stand out by his polyvalence and team work skills. The candidate they are looking for must want to take the lead and be a part of the success of many important projects. He understands the needs and suggests innovative improvement. The candidate has a strong knowledge of SQL language and KPI definition. Reporting to the team leader, the Specialist has various responsibilities and is able to work under minimum supervision. The candidate is self-taught and will be able to suggest when problems occurred. He stays up-to-date with the latest tendency in his field. Main responsibilities: • Understanding of procedures and organizational needs; • Participate in feasibility and in writing of needed specifications; • Create, realize and support all applications; • Maintain solution quality in collaboration with other team members; • Promote respect of norms and standards. Skills & competencies: - Ability to understand SQL statements, reports and architecture; - Ability to establish good relationships with customers; - Creative, , motivated and critical thinking; - Analytical skills, well organized and attentive to detail; - Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; - Ability to communicate well with others; - Ability to integrate and work comfortably in a team; Job Requirements: - Perfectly Bilingual (English and French); - Customer Experience Management; - Experience with Microsoft.Net ; - Knowledge of SQL; - Experience with other would be an asset; - Familiarity with Microsoft environments; - Available to travel to client sites (Canada, United States, Europe etc.); Remuneration and working conditions: - Competitive base salary; - Work week of 37.5 hours; - Pleasant working environment;
