Description	QA Analyst Responsibilities • Establish test strategies, design test plans and test cases; • Contribute to our detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases; • Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs; • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved; • Own the planning and coordination of all phases and activities involved in the release of a product or product update into the production environment. • Documents and communicates all changes for a release in release notes which are published to both the internal team and the client. • Facilitate emergency releases from production incident identification to incident closure after release • Attend weekly operations meetings and deployment planning meetings to collect data and information pertaining to the release. • Ensure all standard QA practices are followed and respected • All other tasks as assigned by the QA Lead Requirements • 3 years+ QA experience in a production environment • Working in an agile engineering team • Proficiency in web application and API testing • Attention to detail and the ability to triage and diagnose complex issues in application testing
